Tern
The travel agency making holiday booking fun and tackling the stigma towards older adults.
I created Tern with the aim to break the stigma that older adults only go on holiday for relaxation. Tern is a travel agency for those over 65s for UK and abroad holiday. By 2050, there is estimated to be 2 billion over 60s, yet they’re still viewed as dependant and frail. Tern wants to see over 65s empowered, inspired and connected. We make holiday services easier to access and create a fun experience from the start of booking. While creating more exciting holiday opportunities for singles, couples or groups with exciting design to make a youthful and nostalgic feel.
For my final piece I created a brand introduction book aimed at potential investors, staff and customers so there was a clear identity of the business and guidelines that can be followed for design.
Process book
For part of the assessment of my project, I made a process book explaining my journey and identifying key points to my thought process. From research and interview to experimentation and development, the layout is clear and the information is thorough.
